Fez on central provides something very interesting to me. It seems like for years I have been to resteraunts in PHX that are part of a very old landscape, and you know it from the moment you walk in. This was not that kind of experience. Everything about the FEZ experience feels very different. It just felt brand new. I love the menu. We happened to be there on a Sunday, and I chose a brunch item (FEZ Benedict) Which was poached eggs on ham, on french bread (long baguettes) and somethered in hollandaise. Topped with seasoned roasted tomatoes and manchego cheese (grated like parmesan). A very nice salad, and very delicous roasted red potatoes. The salad was different in great way to present a brunch plate. Not a super heavy plate either. The atmosphere was very boisterous and the service was very very good. And on a side note, I have a Very good Bloody Mary for 3 bucks. 3 Bucks! I was thrilled about our experience and would recommend FEZ to any one. The one small criticizm I had was the sidewalk patio and the unfortunate homeless walking by as we were eating. Taking that under consideration, I would still go back anytime, day or night.
FEZ gets Five stars in my book, go check it out at http://www.fezoncentral.com/
